Refrig. Oatmeal

Use equal portions of oatmeal (old fashioned)
greek yogurt
Depending how hungry you think you are going to be I would use 1/3 to 1/2 portions.

Add honey for sweetness

Your choice of fruit.
Place in refrig overnight.
You can eat cold (which I do) or warm in the microwave.
